Course
This is a special package course that consists of both “Japanese Class” and “Sightseeing/Cultural Experience.” This course is recommended for those who want to enjoy Japan in a short period of time. Japanese classes are divided into different levels from Beginner to Advanced level, therefore students can study in the class that most suits their level.

Simulate experience of a Japanese summer festival with current students at the school. You can put on “yukata” if you wish. |

Cancellation Policy

【Before the course begins】
Cancellations must be notified in writing by e-mail. Please contact us again if you do not hear from us after your notification.
The following regulations shall be applied to cancellations, for whatever reason, before the course begins. All the commission that is necessary for the refund will be charged.

【After the course begins】
It is not acceptable to cancel or change your course after the course begins. This course is not subjected to specified commercial transactions law.
*If you want to cancel your application due to immigration restrictions caused by the spread of coronavirus infection, please notify us in writing or by email at least one day before the course starts. We refund full tuition fees, however, bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Travel Insurance
Please buy traveler’s insurance before arriving in Japan as a preparation for emergency during your stay. ARC Academy does not take any responsibility for any loss or damage caused by accidents, diseases, natural calamities or strikes. ARC Academy also does not take any responsibility for accidents occurring during transportation or in accommodation or for any lost, damaged or stolen personal property.
Exemption from Responsibility
We are not liable in the event that we are unable to offer lessons due to circumstances or conditions beyond our control, such as, but not limited to, earthquake, typhoon, accident or infective disease. Refund will not be made in such circumstances.
