MEASURES AFTER THURSDAY, MAY 7
Japanese Prime Minister has decided to extend the State of Emergency to May 31 in 13 special-alert prefectures including Tokyo. It’s necessary to continue to prevent the spread of the infection, and even in Tokyo schools are requested to stay closed.
In response to this, ARC will do as follows.
・The school will be closed until May 31. No members of the staff will be at school.
・Classes will continue online.
・As a general principle, it is prohibited to come to school. In case of necessary procedures, the school will contact you individually by telephone or email.
・For strictly needed, essential matters, contact the school in advance.

・At the moment, it is not decided yet when the school will reopen. Based on Japan and Tokyo Government judgment, we will decide and inform you.
・We will notify separately about how to apply for the [Special Fixed-sum cash Handout].
In order to reduce COVID-19 infections, minimize the contact with other people and refrain at all costs to go out if unnecessary.
Wash your hands and while keeping an eye on your physical health, do your best to attend classes.
