Course

This is a package course that combines "Japanese language lessons" with "sightseeing and cultural experiences." It is recommended for those who want to fully enjoy Japan in a short period. Japanese classes are divided into various levels, ranging from Beginner to Advanced, so students can learn comfortably at their own pace.

Accommodation	For those who wish, we can introduce shared houses or homestay options. Example) For a one-month period, the cost ranges from 123,500 yen ～ * Please refer to the attached document for details.
Qualification	16 years or older You need to obtain a visa individually for staying in Japan.
Japanese Level	Beginner – Advanced
Placement Test	July 3rd (Wed) at 9:00 AM
Japanese Classes	Students will learn "reading, writing, listening, and speaking" skills in a balanced way.
Activities	The staff will accompany participants on sightseeing and cultural experiences. The entrance fees are included in the charges.

【A】July 3rd (Wed) morning	New Student Welcome Party After the level check, you'll have the opportunity to interact with fellow learners while enjoying games that use the Japanese language.
【B】July 6th (Sat) half-day	Aquarium (Aqua Park) We'll take you to a magical aquarium where sound, light, visuals, and living creatures come together. Let's enjoy a space filled with digital technology.
【C】July 13th (Sat) full day	Joypolis You can enjoy attractions like VR that make use of the latest technology. Experience something extraordinary in the cool indoor facility.
【D】July 20th (Sat) half-day	Making Japanese sweets + Akihabara Let's try making traditional Japanese sweets. Afterward, we'll guide you through Akihabara, a hub of new culture.
【E】July 26th (Fri) half-day	Summer Festival at School Experience a simulated Japanese summer festival with current students at the school. Let's enjoy shaved ice together!

Application and Payment Methods

After submitting the designated application form, please make the tuition payment through the following methods before the start of the course.

Cancellation Policy

【Cancellation of Enrollment Before Course Starts】

All cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email). We will reply to confirm upon verification. If you do not receive a reply, please be sure to contact us again. Cancellation before the course starts is subject to the following provisions, regardless of the reason. You may be responsible for any transfer fees required for a refund.

【Changes or Cancellations After the Course Commences】

After the course has started, changes or cancellations are not permitted. This course is not subject to the Specific Commercial Transactions Law.

Travel Insurance

In preparation for any incidents during your stay, please obtain overseas traveler's insurance before arriving. ARC Academy is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from accidents, illnesses, natural disasters, strikes, incidents in transportation or accommodations, as well as theft, damage, or loss of personal belongings.

Tuition Exemption Policy

No refunds for school closures due to unavoidable events like earthquakes, typhoons, accidents, or infectious diseases.
