Course Overview
Perfect for a brief Japan immersion, our package blends "Japanese Language Classes" with "Tourism and Cultural Experiences." Japanese language classes are divided into level-specific groups, allowing you to study comfortably at your own level from beginner to advanced level without any undue stress.

Samurai Experience Let's all become samurais and try swinging a sword! A pro instructor will come to the school to teach us. |
【B】April 6th (Sat) |
Kawagoe Tour Kawagoe, known as "Little Kyoto" since the Edo period, still retains its historic streets. Let's enjoy a stroll, especially during the beautiful cherry blossom season. |
【C】April 13th (Sat) |
Cute Sushi Making Experience + Asakusa Exploration There are various types of sushi, but this time, we'll be making "Temari Sushi" (Vegan options available). After the sushi-making session, we'll explore the town of Asakusa. |
【D】April 20th (Sat) |
Houseboat Experience (Includes Monjayaki Lunch) Let's feel the breeze on a houseboat! Inside the boat, you can make and enjoy "Monja", a traditional Tokyo dish. |

Application and Payment Methods
After submitting the designated application form, please make the tuition payment through the following methods before the start of the course.

Payment can be made in person at the reception or through a bank transfer to the designated account. Please note that credit card payments are not accepted at the reception.

Cancellation Policy
【Cancellation of Enrollment Before Course Starts】
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email). We will reply to confirm upon verification. If you do not receive a reply, please be sure to contact us again. Cancellation before the course starts is subject to the following provisions, regardless of the reason. You may be responsible for any transfer fees required for a refund.

【Changes or Cancellations After the Course Commences】
After the course has started, changes or cancellations are not permitted. This course is not subject to the Specific Commercial Transactions Law.
* If you need to cancel your application due to entry restrictions caused by the spread of the coronavirus, please notify us in writing or by email by the day before the opening date. We will refund the full tuition fees. The recipient is responsible for any bank transfer fees.
Travel Insurance
In preparation for any incidents during your stay, please obtain overseas traveler's insurance before arriving. ARC Academy is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from accidents, illnesses, natural disasters, strikes, incidents in transportation or accommodations, as well as theft, damage, or loss of personal belongings.
Tuition Exemption Policy
No refunds for school closures due to unavoidable events like earthquakes, typhoons, accidents, or infectious diseases.
