Course Overview
This is a package course that combines "Japanese Language Lessons" with "Sightseeing and Cultural Experiences". It is recommended for those who want to fully enjoy Japan in a compact, short-term program. The Japanese language classes are divided by level, so you can study comfortably at your own pace in a class that matches your level, from beginner to advanced.

Samurai Experience Let's all become samurais and try swinging a sword! A pro instructor will come to the school to teach us. |
【B】April 16th (Wed) |
Projection Mapping We will go to see the projection mapping that lights up the night in Shinjuku. *Cancelled in case of rain. |
【C】April 19th (Sat) |
Red Tokyo Tower Let's experience something new where digital technology and athletics combine at one of Japan’s largest digital amusement parks. |

Application and Payment Methods
After submitting the designated application form, please make the tuition payment through the following methods before the start of the course.

Payment can be made in person at the reception or through a bank transfer to the designated account. Please note that credit card payments are not accepted at the reception.

* The transfer fee is the responsibility of the person making the transfer.
If the bank fees are deducted from the tuition, the difference should be paid upon your visit to the school.
Cancellation Policy
【Cancellation of Enrollment Before Course Starts】
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email). We will reply to confirm upon verification. If you do not receive a reply, please be sure to contact us again. Cancellation before the course starts is subject to the following provisions, regardless of the reason. You may be responsible for any transfer fees required for a refund.

【Changes or Cancellations After the Course Commences】
After the course has started, changes or cancellations are not permitted. This course is not subject to the Specific Commercial Transactions Law.
* If you need to cancel your application due to entry restrictions caused by the spread of the coronavirus, please notify us in writing or by email by the day before the opening begins. We will refund the full tuition fees. Bank transfer fees will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Travel Insurance
In preparation for any incidents during your stay, please obtain overseas traveler's insurance before arriving. ARC Academy is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from accidents, illnesses, natural disasters, strikes, incidents in transportation or accommodations, as well as theft, damage, or loss of personal belongings.
Tuition Exemption Policy
No refunds for school closures due to unavoidable events like earthquakes, typhoons, accidents, or infectious diseases.
