Course Overview<\/h3>\r\n

This is a package course that combines "Japanese Language Lessons" with "Sightseeing and Cultural Experiences". It is recommended for those who want to fully enjoy Japan in a compact, short-term program. The Japanese language classes are divided by level, so you can study comfortably at your own pace in a class that matches your level, from beginner to advanced.<\/p>\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n

Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\r\n

All cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email). We will reply to confirm upon verification. If you do not receive a reply, please be sure to contact us again. Cancellation before the course starts is subject to the following provisions, regardless of the reason. \u3010Changes or Cancellations After the Course Commences\u3011<\/p>\r\n

After the course has started, changes or cancellations are not permitted. This course is not subject to the Specific Commercial Transactions Law.<\/p>\r\n

* If you need to cancel your application due to entry restrictions caused by the spread of the coronavirus, please notify us in writing or by email by the day before the opening begins. We will refund the full tuition fees. Bank transfer fees will be the responsibility of the recipient.<\/p>\r\n<\/section>\r\n

In preparation for any incidents during your stay, please obtain overseas traveler's insurance before arriving. ARC Academy is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from accidents, illnesses, natural disasters, strikes, incidents in transportation or accommodations, as well as theft, damage, or loss of personal belongings.<\/p>\r\n<\/section>\r\n

Tuition Exemption Policy<\/h3>\r\n

No refunds for school closures due to unavoidable events like earthquakes, typhoons, accidents, or infectious diseases.<\/p>\r\n<\/section>\r\n
