Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\r\n

All cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email). We will reply to confirm upon verification. If you do not receive a reply, please be sure to contact us again. Cancellation before the course starts is subject to the following provisions, regardless of the reason. In preparation for any incidents during your stay, please obtain overseas traveler's insurance before arriving.
